  The service is slow, we have been know to wait two hours for a small/medium sized order.

  The representative answering the phone is rude, often messing the order up

  The driver always complains about the restaurant and the owner.

  The driver was aggressive when we complained about the list above. Going as far as to front a customer.

  The orders are wrong resulting in redelivery 2-3 times after the original order

  After all of this, the food is cold.
  
  I want to make sure people understand this is not the first time we have had this experience. We use this place from time to time. We expect the place to learn from the mistakes. Unfortunately the last straw is an understatement. We will not be using information this restaurant again.

  Ordered for collection through just eat while in the pub - food ready on time for us to collect on our way home - probably the best Chinese I've had in ages, Singapore chow mein was excellent.
  We'll be back!
